Setelah sukses meluncurkan phablet Sony XperiaZ Ultra, kini Sony meluncurkan kembali phablet, bedanya kini Xperia T2 Ultra
dibanderol lebih terjangkau. Sepertinya Sony mulai tertarik dengan phablet
terjangkau semenjak vendor lain pun melakukan hal yang sama seperti Huawei
dengan Ascend Mate dan Asus dengan Zenfone 6. Untuk Sony Xperia T2 Ultra lebih
unggul dengan desain khas Sony, begitu elegan dan terlihat seperti versi
mahalnya.

Untuk layarnya sama saja dengan phablet murah
lainnya yakni menggunakan jenis IPS Triluminos display berukuran 6.0 inci
dengan resolusi 1280x720 piksel kerapatan 245 ppi. Sementara itu di sektor
hardware masih setia dengan processor besutan Qualcomm dengan seri Qualcomm
MSM8928 Snapdragon 400 Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A7 dibarengi GPU Adreno 305 dan
RAM sebesar 1 GB saja. Meskipun Quad core, processor tersebut masih tergolong
middle-end seperti halnya Motorola Moto G.
